Trade Value Promise Disclosure:
Customer must present a valid, written, current trade-in or purchase offer from CarMax or Carvana for the same vehicle. Vehicle must be present at Donohoo Auto for inspection and verification. Offer must be in the customer’s name and must match the vehicle by VIN, mileage, equipment, ownership status, title status, and condition. Donohoo Auto reserves the right to verify offer details, vehicle condition, vehicle history, payoff amount, title status, open recalls, marketability, and any prior damage or mechanical issues. Offer must be valid and unexpired at the time of appraisal. If Donohoo Auto is unable to beat the verified CarMax or Carvana offer, Donohoo Auto will pay the customer $100. One $100 payment per household, per vehicle. Offer cannot be combined with any other trade-in guarantee or appraisal promotion. Excludes vehicles with branded, salvage, rebuilt, flood, lemon-law, TMU, odometer discrepancy, frame damage, major mechanical issues, commercial use history, open title issues, or vehicles that do not match the competing offer details.
