It is a family operated business owned by Rosie, her husband, and her brother in law! Everyone in Rosie’s family works there and the family atmosphere is evident in the restaurant. They have been open for 13 years with the same employees and same location! Cozumel Grill loves the people that get to enjoy their food and Rosie adores all of the regulars.
